Ever notice people like dodging a lot? This INCLUDES INTANGIBILITY. We need a limit. People can't endlessly dodge. The best limit I know of is three dodges, then you HAVE to get hit.

so, your guys hit like 50 times with worms and muscle tissue and swords and puches

at least a worm, then a close up hit, then another worm. and some punchung

according to your RP.

so 4:3 isn't really fair <<

but if someone ignores an attack I agree its an automatic hit

Currently, anyone can endlessly dodge. I usually try to let myself get hit once, but...

We need a limit. Otherwise someone could take advantage of this lack-of. Such as me to teach you a lesson. WHICH I WILL TO GET MY POINT ACROSS IF NEED BE.

meh, but when you get hit, your characters don't flinch or anything. So dodging or not doesn't really apply to your :roll:

and yeah, I here you. but it is kinda hard to put limits, because the different situations affored different limits...

shame we can't just assign a person a dodge ratio based on strength, a porportional thing

And since there are no rules saying we can't... we can be un-hittable. Yay infinite dodges!

If I may step in on this issue...

Check this out:

You are allowed a total of three dodges, period.
*Note: Dodges include: evading, throwing other objects in the way of the attack, intangibility, etc.*

If this works let me know. And if it does work, then I'll make it an official rule. Cool?

Oh and me... I'm really here to help, without making the HEAD ADMIN(MaxR, owner of THIS forum) feel like he is doing a messed up job of being one.

at least 4 or 5? I mena three seems so small. I mean if a character can fire like 50 times with some hellfire doohikey ><

If its fifty shots, and its still named one attack, it can be dodged in one dodge, but it could be a set of complex manuvers. And if you want more, it could be 6: Three dodges, three blocks. Sound fair?
